Bainbridge Island Buyers The summer real estate market got buttoned up nicely on Bainrbidge. My August closings brought three lovely families to the island. Great schools, the easy ferry commute to downtown Seattle, proximity to military bases, and large quiet lots were among the reasons for the move.
