I am aggressive at advertising and negotiation and I understand that time is money. One of my former clients said they selected me to be their agent because I used the word “we” when I spoke about selling their home. My approach is a team approach. I will work with you, think about you and help you every day your home is on the market and every day it is in escrow.

My support does not stop there. I plan to be the real estate consultant you call on throughout the stages of your life. Any time you have a question about the market, refinancing, moving up or downsizing, I want to be the person you call.

Preparing Your Home for the Bainbridge Island or North Kitsap Market 

Before the public sees your home, I will walk through every inch of the house and property with you and give you a written list of my suggested actions before the home hits the market. From the seller pre-inspection to power washing, to staging your home with furniture, I will help you find the right professionals or give you tips if you plan to do some or all of the work yourself. I take buyers around on a regular basis and I listen to their feedback on homes we look at. I know what they notice, like and dislike. I apply that same valuable information to preparing your home for sale.

We are currently still in a seller’s market, but for sellers to be successful, listing preparation is more important than ever for a fast and smooth sale.  Savvy sellers recognize that buyers are seeing a new level of preparation and information being provided on homes.  Part of this preparation means obtaining a seller pre-inspection to assess the current condition of your home.  After the inspection we will work together to determine what repairs or updates make sense for your before going on the market. A lot of money can be saved or wasted without an expert assisting you on this step. I have a great network of contractors and trades people to ensure work needed on your home is completed professionally and efficiently. I will help you step by step to make sure your home is ready for the current market and my ultimate goal is to help you realize top dollar for your sale.

Comprehensive Internet & Social Media Marketing

Because the population of Bainbridge Island/Kitsap and those who are looking to move here tend to be highly educated and technically savvy, I will build a web site or dedicated gallery just for your home, with at least forty photos and excellent written descriptions about the benefits of your home. The more time people spend looking at and reading about your home, the more attached they become. I will arrange local newspaper advertising in The Bainbridge Island Review, The Kitsap Sun and The Islander.

Weekly Open Houses

I will advertise your open houses in The Bainbridge Island ReviewThe Kitsap Sun and on the internet. I also personally hold your home open for the public open house the first weekend your home is listed.

Windermere Office Preview Tour

I will arrange for the local Windermere Realtors, approximately two dozen, to preview your home before it goes on the market. This helps us greatly in fine-tuning the listing price as each agent will also give us their price-opinion.

Bainbridge Island or North Kitsap Broker Tour

I will personally hold your home open on the Thursday Broker’s Open for local agents to preview the first week it is on the market
