Spring at Battle Point Park

Battle Point Park on Bainbridge Island

Spring officially arrived last week, but waited until this weekend to really shine on Bainbridge Island. Between lacrosse and soccer my girls had four games this weekend.  Fabulous weather for playing (or watching).  Two games were at Battle Point Park, which was perfect for me because I love to walk the mile and a half loop a couple of times while the teams are warming up.  The park was full of other islanders soaking up spring. Walkers, runners, soccer players, softball players, lacrosse players – they were all out wearing smiles. Happy Spring!
