Pending Sales Up in Kitsap County

Pending sales are up:

• Pending sales in Kitsap jumped a whopping 43.89%
• (377 in April 2009 compared to 262 in April 2008)

Kitsap is the regional leader by far:

• Pierce increased 18.92%
• Snohomish increases by 23.17%,
  
• King increased by 9.38%

Counties seeing a decrease in pendings:

• Mason declined by 9.9%
• Jefferson declined by 4%
