Oh 2020! The doom and gloom of first quarter quickly flipped to fast and furious by the end of the second quarter. Working in the new ‘COVID Reality’ was stressful, especially in the first months. But, this past year I was fortunate to have worked with 17 repeat clients and also with their relatives and close friends, which made navigating the stressors, a bit easier. I am also happy to say I helped some wonderful families and couples make the big moves from California and Seattle. My year was busy with buyers and that meant a lot of multiple offer situations. I am happy to say that my buyers were successful 22 times.

And, this year’s listing season was anything but normal with our normal season of April to August tossed out the window due to the initial Stay Home Order. As a result, the season stayed active through November and personally, I had the busiest November in my 15 year career. I am grateful to have worked with 33 amazing clients last year and an am ready for 2021!
