It is indeed time to go get your pumpkins!
How is it mid-October already? Where can you find a pumpkin around Bainbridge Island besides Safeway and Town and Country Market? Not that there is anything wrong with that. Their pumpkin displays are pretty impressive. And I know one October in the very near future, time will escape us, and we will pluck our pumpkins off the proud pile outside the door of T&C. But, the weather is good and the pumpkin patches below are a great spot for an afternoon of fun and they do make a much better photo background than the front doors of Safeway or T&C.
